Letter of Invitation For VISA Purposes

The Strandness Symposium welcomes international participants for this educational activity. Recognizing that travel visas may be necessary and the process time consuming, please be sure to allow enough time for the process. A letter of invitation for participation may be provided, upon request, as part of the visa process. This invitation represents no intent to provide financial support, nor does it serve as guarantee in any respect to the visa application process. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received in writing by Friday, December 19, 2025, will be refunded, less a $75 administrative fee. Requests received after Friday, December 19, 2025, will not be refunded.

Educational Grant Registration Subsidies

This educational activity provides training necessary for licensed attendees to maintain state licensing requirements. The tuition for this educational activity is subsidized in part by unrestricted educational grants, including for those attendees who have successfully completed the state licensing requirements for their respective fields.
